Disaster Support for Ukraine

The Worldwide Rotary organisation is dedicated to support peace efforts around the world. The war in Ukraine is making lives intolerable and more than 2 million people have fled the country. There is a dire need for emergency aid. Rotary clubs in Europe and around the world have stepped up their relief work, some working on the ground to help displaced families.

Thornbury Rotary Club has donated a significant sum of money through “Big Give” who match funds the amount going to the Disaster Emergency Committee.
